- You must be 18 or above to apply for the Waitrose Guest Feedback Survey.
- You should have a smartphone, laptop, or PC with a good internet connection.
- The participant must know the English Language.
- The receipt which has the invitation.
Terms and Conditions of Waitrose Survey:
- One has to claim the prize within 14 days of winning email notification.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
- There will be only one winner in each calendar month.
- The winner will be select by an independent person at Maru/eDR.
- Truly, If no one claims the prize within 14 days of the announcement, Waitrose reserves the right to give the following prize to an alternate winner.
- The name of the prize draw winner of the Waitrose survey will be displayed on the official website.
- All the rewards are non-transferable.
- Moreover, the prize voucher of £500 can only be used at Waitrose or John Lewis.
- Accordingly, a winner can ask for a prize via post or collect it from a Waitrose branch.
